The portal and API are included in the **same RipsCloud subscription**. Choose an annual or monthly payment schedule.

API access is included in the subscription. Health-document emission uses the PahFacturar integration within RipsCloud.

The subscription does not remove authentication, workspace permissions, business validation, or technical request limits. Your client must still follow the [RIPS lifecycle](/guides/rips-lifecycle/) and [recovery rules](/guides/errors-and-retries/).
